This collection of food and drink ideas was inspired by gastronomical adventures with all participants, warm memories of meals together and the regular Emmett family arguments about who has or should have had favorite recipes from family members already passed to that great kitchen in the sky.

    History is uncertain of when the Emmett/Broas clans first “broke bread” of some sort together. Some say at the early days of Florham Park Little League, most certainly at Delbarton and quite definitively at the 1973 wedding reception at 10 Delaware Road.

     From Matt and Shane getting cookies from Bunz after law school and kindergarten classes (respectively, we think); from Corolla’s in Lavallette to the Greene Leafe in Williamsburg; from Lynnie-baby’s cheese squares to Mo’s potato salad…
