Preheat:

For best results, make a day ahead of time and keep covered in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 slice Butterball turkey bacon
10 oz frozen peas (thawed)
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 1/2 qt torn fresh spinach
2 cup fresh mushroom slices
1 cup red onion rings

Combine the grated cheese and bacon (crumbled) in a bowl; mix well.
In a large bowl, alternate the spinach, cheese mixture, mushrooms, onions and peas.
Mix together the yogurt and mayonnaise; spread over the top of the salad.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the dish.
