Pumpkin Pie better watch out.

Ingredients:

1 pkg yellow cake mix (18 1/4 ounce)
4 whole eggs
3 stick butter
1 pkg cream cheese - softened
1 can pumpkin (15 ounce)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 pkg powdered sugar (16 ounce)

Preheat oven to 350 F Combine cake mix, 5 sticks of melted butter and 1 egg, until thoroughly mixed Pat combined ingredients onto the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 pan, making an even layer across the bottom.
To make the filling: beat cream cheese and pumpkin together until smooth.
Add eggs, vanilla, and 1.
5 sticks melted butter and beat together Next, add powdered sugar, slowly.
then add cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well.
Pour pumpkin mixture over cake batter.
Bake for 45 minutes.
You will know its ready when the outer regions are firm.
The middle will not look done, but trust me, its fine.
Let cool before serving Substitute 1 can of pineapples or 2 ripe bananas for the pumpkin if you want a different flavor To make peanut butter version: use chocalate cake mix and a cup of peanut butter instead of pumpkin
