11 oz Sugar
2 lb(s) Cream Cheese
4 whole Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 lb(s) Graham Crumbs
6 oz Butter, Melted

Preheat oven to 300 F.
With a mixer, cream together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
In separate bowl, beat the eggs with the vanilla.
Add to cream cheese mix.
Beat until thoroughly combined.
in a spring form pan, mix the graham crumbs with the melted butter and press to sides and bottom to form a crust.
Pour cheesecake mix on top of graham crumb crust and bake for 90 minutes.
