16 oz Plain Yogurt
2 whole Cucumbers (peeled, seeded, chopped)
2 tbsp EV Olive Oil
1/2 whole Lemon, Juice from
3-5 clove Garlic
1-2 tbsp Dill Weed
Put ingredients in blender, politely say "yassou", and blend until mixed.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, and then serve with bread or veggies or on Gyros.
