Asparagus with Ponzu Sauce

A very easy way to spice up a standard vegetable side.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger, minced
4 clove garlic, minced
1 shallot, rough chopped
2 chipotle peppers, minced
2 tsp sauce from the chipotle peppers

Prepare the asparagus however you want: grilled, sauteed, roasted, etc In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and whisk together.
Pour the ponzu over the asparagus in a serving bowl.
Enjoy.
