1 1/2 cup Flour
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1 1/4 cup Buttermilk
2 large Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Red Food Coloring
1/2 stick Butter, Melted

Make butter pecan syrup and whipped cream cheese recipes first.
Melt 1/2 stick of butter and let cool.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to break up clumps.
In a seperate bowl, combine buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and food coloring.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in wet mix and stir until combined.
Pour 1/4 cup amounts of batter onto griddle and wait until you get 'pancake bubbles'.
If the first set is brown, turn temp down.
Serve with butter and syrup or powdered sugar.
