2 stick 8 ounce Cream Cheese
1 whole medium Onion
2-4 clove Garlic
1 whole Juice of Lemon
1 tbsp Parsley (optional)
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cyan Pepper (or more)
1 can Liquid from Can of Shrimp or 1/2 cup Shrimp Stock
3 can Canned Shrimp (or about 3/4 lb cooked and peeled)
1 tsp Tony Chachere's or Cajun Seasoning of choice
Soften cream cheese and add all the rest of the ingredients(except Shrimp) to food processor and mix.
Once consistent, add shrimp and chop, leaving chunks of Shrimp.
Chill or Serve hot (like Crab Dip) with Pita Chips.
