Great with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:

5 lb(s) McIntosh apples
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 lb(s) cold unsalted buter, diced

Mix apples with first 4 other ingredients (thru nutmeg) in large bowl.
Pour into buttered dish.
Combine topping ingredients (remaining ingredients) in mixer on low until crumbly and butter is size of peas.
Scatter over apples.
Place on sheet pan, bake for one hour or until top is brown and bubbly.
